About Me
My name is Madeline Huiet and I am a student at The University of Alabama studying Sports Media. I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am currently a freshman and I am involved in clubs such as Roll Tide for Reading, Student Association for Foster Families, and Bama Catholic. I am also a new member of Delta Zeta sorority.
My dream job is to be an analyst on ESPN's College Gameday or working for the PGA Tour as a reporter. I chose the University of Alabama because I knew that they would provide me as many opportunities as I needed to achieve my goals.
My other hobbies include spending time with friends, traveling, reading, and meeting new people. I am very excited to grow in my career during my years at Alabama.

Experience
In high school, I had the opportunity to become the first female Sideline Reporter at Archbishop Moeller High School, an all boys school in Cincinnati. I worked with the football, basketball, and baseball teams full time as well as the soccer and hockey teams part time.

Personal Story
The most formative moment of my life is when I found out that my dad grew up with the dream of being a sports reporter. I was a freshman in high school and we were at the school my dad went to for a Volleyball game. I knew that he transferred schools and I realized that I didn't know what he was originally majoring in while he was in college. When I asked, he told me that he wanted to be a sports reporter. I immediately knew that is what I wanted to do with my life.
